To stop and reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the DPCM 9 and 11 March 2020 extend the measures pursuant to the whole national territory as per art.1 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 8 March 2020. In compliance with this norm, Maxima SpA’s activities continue in the following ways, aimed at protecting people’s health.<\/p>\n
All offices and production departments are operational with reduced staff, to reduce opportunities of contact and crowding of the premises. This measure will have minimal repercussions on processing times, for which Maxima asks its customers for understanding and patience.<\/p>\n
At present there are no restrictions on the goods circulation, for which the deliveries of the material are guaranteed, without prejudice to the aforementioned small delays.<\/p>\n
The sales force is the category of our collaborators most exposed to contacts with other people: for this reason, they have been asked to take advantage of a few days of holidays until the situation has clearly evolved for better; however, they can be reached by phone or e-mail.<\/p>\n
Maxima’s customer care remains available to suppliers, customers and commercial partners to provide all the necessary information.<\/p>\n
